Services & Expertise

Four core practice areas. One through-line: I help organizations achieve outcomes they couldn't reach on their own.

Technology Consulting

Strategy that bridges the gap between vision and execution.

Most technology problems are really alignment problems. Teams invest in the wrong tools, build systems that don't integrate, or execute technically correct solutions to the wrong problem. I work with leadership and delivery teams to diagnose the actual issue before recommending solutions.

My technology consulting work spans architecture reviews, vendor selection, platform strategy, and digital transformation programs. I bring both technical depth and business context — meaning I can evaluate a cloud infrastructure proposal in the morning and present to the board in the afternoon.

Every engagement starts with understanding your constraints: budget, team capability, timeline, and risk tolerance. Recommendations are pragmatic and staged — no "rip and replace" unless the math genuinely demands it.

timeline: Typical engagements: 4–12 weeks for strategy; ongoing retainer for governance support.

What You Get

  • Technology roadmap aligned to business objectives
  • Vendor and platform evaluation with clear scoring criteria
  • Architecture review with risk identification
  • Build-vs-buy analysis with financial modeling
  • Stakeholder communication and change readiness planning
  • Governance frameworks for ongoing technology decisions

Project Management

Delivery that actually delivers — on scope, on time, on budget.

Project management isn't about following a methodology — it's about keeping complex work moving through uncertainty while keeping stakeholders aligned and teams motivated. I've managed everything from two-person software builds to enterprise-wide transformation programs with hundreds of stakeholders.

I'm framework-agnostic: Agile, SAFe, PRINCE2, hybrid, or whatever fits the context. The methodology is in service of the outcome, not the other way around. When a program is struggling, I diagnose first: is it a planning problem, a resourcing problem, a stakeholder problem, or a scope problem? Each requires a different intervention.

I also specialize in program rescue — stepping into distressed engagements, stabilizing delivery, rebuilding confidence with stakeholders, and getting the work back on track. If your program is in trouble, that's exactly the kind of situation I'm built for.

timeline: Typical engagements: project-based (1–18 months) or fractional PM retainer (ongoing).

What You Get

  • Full program or project management (embedded or advisory)
  • Delivery framework design and implementation
  • Stakeholder mapping and communication planning
  • Risk register, issue log, and escalation protocols
  • Sprint facilitation, retrospectives, and team coaching
  • Executive reporting and board-level status communication

Process Automation

Reclaim hours. Reduce errors. Scale without headcount.

Most organizations have more automation potential than they realize — and more failed automation attempts than they'd like to admit. The gap between the two is usually a poorly scoped problem, the wrong tool, or automation built without the people who actually own the process.

I approach automation pragmatically: map the process first, identify where human judgment is genuinely needed versus where it's just habit, then select and implement the right solution. Sometimes that's a no-code tool. Sometimes it's a custom integration. Sometimes it's a prompt chain with AI in the loop. The answer depends on the problem.

I have hands-on experience with RPA platforms, iPaaS tools, low-code workflow builders, and AI-augmented automation. More importantly, I know how to design processes that survive contact with reality — handling exceptions, errors, and the inevitable "but what about this edge case?"

timeline: Typical engagements: 2–8 weeks per automation initiative; multi-initiative programs available.

What You Get

  • Process audit and automation opportunity assessment
  • ROI modeling for automation investments
  • Tool selection and vendor evaluation
  • Workflow design, build, and testing
  • Exception handling and escalation logic
  • Documentation, training, and handoff to internal teams

AI Strategy

Practical AI adoption — not the hype, the ROI.

Everyone is being told to adopt AI. Few are being told how to do it in a way that creates durable value rather than a costly proof-of-concept that never makes it to production. I help organizations cut through the noise and build an AI strategy grounded in their actual capabilities and objectives.

AI strategy isn't a technology project — it's a change management project with technology implications. The hardest part isn't building the model or integrating the API; it's deciding what to automate, changing how teams work, and measuring whether any of it is actually working.

My AI work spans large language model integration, intelligent automation, AI-powered analytics, and the governance frameworks organizations need to adopt AI responsibly. I'm a practitioner, not a theorist — I build and experiment alongside clients, not just advise from the sidelines.

timeline: Typical engagements: 6–10 week strategy sprint; ongoing advisory for implementation.

What You Get

  • AI readiness assessment and use-case prioritization
  • AI tool evaluation (LLMs, automation platforms, analytics)
  • Pilot design and success metric definition
  • Prompt engineering and workflow integration
  • AI governance and responsible use frameworks
  • Team upskilling and AI literacy programs

How We Work Together

A consistent process that adapts to your context — not a rigid methodology you have to fit into.

01

Discovery

We start with a structured conversation to understand your situation, constraints, goals, and what's already been tried. No assumptions, no pre-packaged solutions.

02

Strategy

I develop a tailored approach — scoped, staged, and aligned to your actual capacity. You get a clear picture of what will happen, when, and what it will take.

03

Execution

We do the work together. I'm embedded, not remote — in your tools, in your meetings, building alongside your team with regular check-ins and transparent progress.

04

Results

Every engagement closes with a retrospective, documented outcomes, and a handoff that leaves your team equipped to sustain the progress independently.
